Catalyst 7502226 and 7502222 are catalysts used in the little-known Z3 model from BMW. What they characterize is their low weight – 0.20 kg and sizes – they are about 25 cm long and have an oblong, straight shape.
The BMW Z3 is the first roadster produced serially by this German company. Designed by two masters – Jopi Nagama and Joji Nagashima. The premiere of the Z3 model took place in 1996, just after it appeared on the big screen in the film “Golden Eye”, where he served the main character, James Bond. Many model fans say that even without such a great marketing campaign, the car would sell sensationally.

The model is available in two body versions: coupé and roadster – both types have achieved amazing sales success. Even after so many years from the premiere, Z3 can tempt you with its unique style and powerful engine. Z3 is also the first car of the BMW brand, which was created outside the native country. The production was made in an American factory in Spartanburg. This model was modified almost all the time of production, which caused that many fans had a big problem with recognizing the original copies. With each subsequent version, the car was equipped with an increasing number of functional accessories, such as electrically opened roof, airbags or DSC system.
The car was used by a British mechanic, Paul Bacon, who built his own vehicle on the basis of Z3, called “Cosmotron”. For this purpose, he had a chassis fitted with a 2.8-liter engine, with 192 hp.
The most frequently emphasized advantages of the model are lightness and unique style. The downside is certainly high price and expensive maintenance in good technical condition. The production of this car ended in 2002
